Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cimyro account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
